Does using a mortgage broker cost me anything?

In most cases, no. Brisbane City Home Loans is paid a commission by the lender you choose once your loan settles, so our service is generally free to you. If a fee ever does apply to your situation, we tell you in writing before you proceed, so there are never surprises.

Why does loan structure matter for investors?

The way an investment loan is set up affects your tax position, your cash flow and how much you can borrow next time. Getting the structure right early protects your ability to keep building. It is worth structuring with your strategy in mind rather than just taking the first product offered.

Can you arrange a trust loan?

Yes. Lending inside a trust has extra rules and fewer lenders, but Andrew is experienced with these structures and comfortable with the detail. We can coordinate with your accountant or adviser to keep everything aligned.

How much can I actually borrow?
